Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Both platforms cover email, documents, and video communication for teams. This page describes what we handle: buying licenses, migrating from old systems, and ongoing account management.

Licensing and activation

Purchasing the right licenses, activating accounts, and initial setup — DNS records, email routing, security policies. We choose the plan based on your user count and what you actually use.

Migration from existing systems

Moving emails, contacts, and calendars from your current system (on-premises Exchange, other hosting, old Google Workspace). Migrations are done outside business hours to keep disruption short.

User management

Adding and removing users, password resets, managing groups and shared mailboxes, setting up multi-factor authentication. You can manage this yourself or hand it off to us.

User support

Help when something stops working — sync issues, lost passwords, apps that won't start. Available as part of an IT maintenance contract or separately for M365 and Workspace questions.

Common questions

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

It depends on what you already use and what your staff is used to. Microsoft 365 makes more sense if you're already running Windows and desktop Office apps. Google Workspace is a common choice for teams that work mostly in the browser. We help you evaluate before you decide.

What happens to old emails during migration?

Everything moves over — email history, contacts, calendars. Users get access to the same data on the new platform. Before the full migration we test on a small number of accounts and confirm everything transferred correctly.

Can you take over management of an account that's already active?

Yes. The most common case is a company that has M365 or Workspace set up by someone who is no longer available or has no one managing it. We need admin access and some time to get familiar with the existing configuration before making changes.
