IT Support and Maintenance

IT maintenance for companies without an IT department of their own
Helpdesk for your staff, monitoring, backup, updates and on-site visits, under one contract with a fixed monthly fee. You get a phone number that solves the problem, we take responsibility for the system.
What IT maintenance covers
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Email migration, licensing and account administration for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Exchange, OneDrive and the Office suite always up to date.
Antivirus and EDR
Protection for workstations and servers with active monitoring and risk assessment. Alerts come to us, so we act before your staff notice a problem.
vCTO
Procurement, budget and project planning with someone who knows your system. IT decisions made with advice, not in the dark.
Backup and updates
Daily, weekly and monthly backups for all services, with checks that recovery actually works. Updates are planned ahead, we do not wait for something to break.
On-site support
On-site visits and regular rounds are part of every package. Belgrade, Pančevo and the wider area, other locations by arrangement.
Managed Wi-Fi
Design, installation and monitoring of the Wi-Fi network in your premises, on Ubiquiti and MikroTik equipment.
Network administration
Certified administrators for routers, switches, firewalls and VPN. We work with equipment from most vendors: MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet and others.
Firewall, VPN, 2FA, NGFW
Firewall and NGFW at the network edge, VPN for home and field work, 2FA on business accounts where supported.
IT Support for all systems
Windows, macOS and Linux, including printers and peripherals. Staff call or email, no portal and no procedures.
What does IT maintenance include?
IT maintenance splits into reactive (passive) and proactive. The difference is who notices the problem first: your staff or your IT.
With reactive maintenance, IT support is engaged only when a problem occurs, whether it's remote assistance or an on-site visit. This approach relies on firefighting rather than prevention.
Proactive IT Maintenance
Proactive maintenance means the IT team works with you on planning and improving IT systems to prevent problems before they arise. This includes:
- regular system maintenance and upgrades
- real-time network and performance monitoring
- prevention of cyber attacks and failures
- reports and recommendations for IT environment optimization
While some MSPs (Managed Service Providers) focus on large companies, we've shaped our services for small and medium businesses, relying on experience we have been building since 2008.
Why choose proactive IT maintenance?
1. Reduced costs
Maintaining an internal IT team can be expensive. With the MSP model, you pay a fixed monthly price and get access to an entire team of IT experts. This allows you to plan your budget precisely and avoid unexpected costs due to breakdowns.
2. Expertise without additional investment
MSPs bring together teams of experts with knowledge and experience that is difficult to build internally in small companies. With outsourcing, you get top-tier expertise: without the costs of training, licenses, and hiring additional staff.
3. Better cybersecurity
MSPs implement advanced security measures: antivirus protection, firewall, data encryption, backups and incident recovery. They also perform regular security audits and eliminate potential vulnerabilities.
4. Availability and fast response
Your IT system never sleeps. That is why we monitor infrastructure continuously and respond immediately if a problem arises. Employees have helpdesk access during business hours, and after-hours support is arranged under contract, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
5. Flexibility and scalability
As your business grows, so do IT requirements. MSPs easily adjust the level of service, without the need for additional investment in equipment or software. This means you can grow without technical limitations.
What IT support looks like in practice
Staff report an issue by phone on 011/4145000 or 013/440907, or by email to info@eoffice.rs. There is no mandatory portal and no procedure to learn before getting in touch, because support that is complicated to call is support nobody calls.
The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. After-hours support and on-call duty are arranged separately, based on what the company actually needs. Infrastructure monitoring runs continuously and alerts reach us at night and at weekends, whether or not anyone on staff has noticed the problem.
Most tickets are resolved through remote access, without waiting for a technician. When a problem requires physical intervention, hardware failure, network cabling, a new workstation or equipment in the server room, we come on site. On-site support and regular visits are part of every support package, not a separate line item.
Priorities and response targets are set in the contract, because they differ from company to company: a till going down in retail and a single office printer going down are not the same problem. Scope, priorities and escalation are agreed in writing after an audit.
Where we come on site
Remote support covers all of Serbia. On-site visits and regular rounds are routine in Belgrade, Pančevo and the wider area. For companies at other locations we agree a visit schedule alongside continuous remote support.
